The gift voucher is being sent to the recipient’s e-mail address on the day that you have requested. How can I buy a CarpetU2 gift voucher for someone?

It is very easy to buy a gift voucher for someone. You just need to follow the following steps:

  • Choose the amount of the gift voucher that you would like to offer as a gift.
  • Enter your details (your name, telephone number and e-mail address).
  • Enter the recipient’s details. Type the message that you would like to accompany your gift and choose the day when you would like that the recipient receives the gift voucher per e-mail.
  • Click the button Purchase in order to complete your purchase and pay the amount that you have chosen through credit card / PayPal.
Once you have finished your purchase, you will receive an e-mail from us with the confirmation of your purchase.

How can I use a CarpetU2 gift voucher?

If you have received a gift voucher through e-mail from us, you can use it for any purchase from our Online Shop for a period of one year. You can choose the carpet or the carpets that you would like to buy and once that you have add them to cart, you enter your gift voucher in the Field “Please enter the code of your voucher:”. If the amount of your purchase is of higher value you will have to pay the difference by choosing one of the following payment methods:

  • through credit card / PayPal
  • through a bank transfer
  • by cash on delivery

  1. If the amount of your purchase is lesser than the value of your gift voucher, there is no return of funds provided, unfortunately. The amount cannot apply for future purchases either.
  2. CarpetU2 gift vouchers are non refundable and cannot be transferred, exchanged or resold and cannot be redeemed for cash. The gift voucher is valid for a period of a whole year from the date purchased.
  3. The prices of the vouchers are calculated in Euro. In case that you buy a voucher in another currency, the final amount that the recipient will receive on the currency that you prefer will be based on the exchange rate on that certain day.
